2020 Equipment Guide Revamp

All existing equipment guide pages are in the process of being revamped. More hidden stats and mechanics will be added and discussed. More importantly, this will also add the new equipments introduced between now and the last update (which was months ago).

Why are there no guides for submarine/antisub equipments?

  Return to Index Because many asked about this I'll explain it a little bit. Submarine and anti-sub warfare are not implemented well in this game in my opinion. The way you obtain these equipments is not really under your control and there is very little choice involved. Eventually you will likely get one of each equipment(probably also at the same time), and after that point you can simply follow the rarity of these equipments and equip accordingly. Overall submarines feel very optional in this game so if the devs revamp the system I'll consider writing about the equipments. But as the system stands now, the choice in equipments is extremely linear and you can for the most part just go by rarity. If you are interested in how submarine stuff works feel free to google for other guides.

Return to Index Auxiliaries Overview Auxiliaries usually are the last two equipment slots of your ships. Their functions vary greatly, giving your ships various buffs. The order in which I discuss them is NOT a "tier list" of any kind because that would be comparing apples to oranges. Most of them do drastically different things so do not try to figure out which one is "better" than the other. Auxiliaries Analyses SG Radar Hit +35 Evasion +15 Skill Ambush encounter -12%. Ambush escape chance +12%. Similar skills can't stack(take max effect). Often considered a must-have for each fleet. In later maps there is a lot of requirement for recon values so the chance to encounter ambushes is very high. The equipment skill can significantly help with that. The purple T2 version is also very useful as a transitional substitute. Accuracy buff and evasion buff are also very nice. Obtainable from: US boxes, 6-1, 10-2 Steam C
